Company History
Our Owners and Painters have over 40 years experience in the painting industry right here in the Bay Area. Most have worked for some of the other companies located here in the Bay Area. In fact, chances are that at one time or another it was one of our painters that painted your home in the past.
We founded our company on two basic concepts; to provide homeowners ' with a quality painting experience at a Fair price, and to provide our Painters' with a quality working evironment.
Other companies in this industry believe in "cutting corners" to bring in your job at a lower price or believe in adding "extras" once they have begun to increase the price. We DO NOT agree with these practices and we also don't agree with operating without a license or uninsured.
What we DO believe is providing you with a Fair and Honest price when we come out to do your free written estimate.
So, while we may not be the lowest price you get and we may not be the highest, we will be the Fair price for both of us.
And you can rest assured that we are licensed, insured and experienced; that we practice working in a safe environment and use safe disposal methods of all of our waste materials.
When we are done we are sure that you will be satisfied with the end result and we will provide you with a 7 year written guarantee on our workmanship.

P ressure-wash. To remove dirt, debris and flaking.
R emove and cover items against or close to the work area.
E xamine all areas for Rust, Mildew and Dry Rot.
P erform minor pruning of bushes and shrubs as needed; although we recommend having this done before we begin the job.
A reas requiring more preparation time will be started immediately.
R emove house numbers and other items as required and replace when finished.
A ll wood siding or stucco and eaves will be sanded as required and spot primed.
T ape and mask all light fixtures, windows and other areas not being painted.
I nspecting and organizing the job at the onset will allow the crew to complete it in a more efficient and timely manner.
O n completion, whenever posible, we ask the owner to inspect the job with the foreman to insure satisfaction.
N otice of Completion is signed by the Owner and a written guarantee from AEI Painting of Los Gatos.
